Ok, so when we got the congo, I noticed that when the volcano shot out the pinballs for multi-ball, they just went all over the playfield. After getting down to the chute I saw that the metal flap was almost broken off as well as pointing straight up. Well I knew this wouldn’t cut it, so I came up with a good “jerry rig”. I essentially took a small piece of metal and added it to the back of the flap and main chute body. The welding was my 1st attempt and it looked like it. After some grinding things looked ok. I’m positive that this will not move or break there again.

So I talked my friend into powder coating it. After talking with everyone that was there that night, we decided that a red powder coat would look way better then the original black. And so now we have this:

I think this looks better, and it should outlast the game now.
